- JJJesse4 days ago1.0I placed a mobile-to-go order and waited over 15 minutes for the employee to add the donut I had ordered. During that time, my wrap was sitting there getting cold while I waited for the rest of my order to be completed. I only got my order finished because I finally asked about the donut. The employee responded in a rude, short, and visibly frustrated tone, saying, “Can you give me one minute?” When I replied, “Well, I’ve given you 15 minutes,” she rolled her eyes and then mouthed something under her breath. I consider myself a very patient person, and I understand that restaurants can get busy. However, waiting 15 minutes for one item—especially while standing there with a toddler who is understandably becoming impatient—and then being met with that kind of attitude when I politely ask about my order is completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’m not upset that there was a delay. I’m disappointed by the way I was treated when I simply asked for an item I had already paid for. A little communication and basic courtesy would have made a frustrating situation much easier to handle.

We adore the employees, lovely people we always chit chat when we get a chance they are the nicest and most understanding people ever. Not once have I gone and had a drink mix up. They are amazing servers and this is my mother and I favorite dubkin and we have yet to go to one even remotely as good.
