  Never enough staff. Always a long wait. They focus 95% of their attention on the drive-thru and ignore the front counter customers for a long time before they approach them, and half the staff has an attitude when they do. In my opinion it's as if they are thinking "how dare you make me wait on you little people in the lobby, like I have time for YOU IN HERE when I have drive-thru!?" But again that's just my opinion, who knows what they have going on or what they are thinking. I just know that they need more workers to focus on the front and maybe the grumpyness will get better because they won't feel so overwhelmed on drive-thru.

  I stopped here a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt. My first experience waited over 10 mins for a regular ice coffee. Today I asked a question about the menu and was surprised how rude the Staff was. Will not be back a third time.

  I brought my daughter in today, and had to leave and wait in the car because the staff in the lobby, and behind the counter, we're so vulgar, it was disgusting! Theusic was loud and inappropriate, and their language towards each other was offensive! They acknowledged that we were there, and continued regardless. I will not return to this location.

  I’ve had some mediocre experiences here in the past but this past weekend took the cake and pushed me to share a review in hopes they can better the location. Upon arrival, I had submitted a mobile order 7 minutes before. My avocado toast was done with no bacon. The gentleman was kind enough to take it back, remake it and tell me the bacon wasn’t fresh so he cooked more. I observed another worker pick up trash off the floor and not wash their hands before proceeding to make more coffee and food. My coffees were being prepared by a staff member that appeared to be new to the team. Very rushed, unorganized and not paying attention. This Individual coughed into my coffee cup during the process of making it while proceeding to complain to other coworkers that his throat was killing him. He proceeded to make another customers coffee all while indicating it was the most botched one ever and hopefully didn’t “suck”. She confronted his comment and said it would be fine. I proceeded to watch him drink his own coffee with no lid or stray and it got everywhere. He coughed again all over everything in the front. After my coffee was made I respectfully asked another member of the team to remake my coffees while I shared my concern. She was very kind and explained they are training new staff. As I was leaving I heard him say he may need to go home as he wasn’t feeling good. My question is, can we please asses those that are on for the day and if the need to have hands is worth the risk of everyone else’s health while working with food? I’ve been trying to give this location chances for the last year and I think I won’t be returning after this experience.
