  The unprofessionalism up front is getting a bit uncomfortable. There’s a time to laugh and play and then a time to work. There’s a short red head “manager” up front who seems to want attention/play time with her employees rather than noticing customers needing help and she’s too busy distracting people to notice anything. New help is definitely needed there. Anytime you ask ANY of the associates if they have anything out back or if they know where anything is NOT ONE PERSON KNOWS. Retraining is probably needed. The lack of care in all these associates is crazy disgusting!! And trying to get in touch with a manger is even more useless than talking to them in person!

  Love Hannaford in Pelham however a lot of food on the flyer they have very little of or not in stock. Also, would be nice to see more fresh Romaine & Green/Red Lettuce as well as Spinach. A lot of the meat on sale isn't even stocked the day of or after the flyer comes out. The store got upgraded a few years ago and I thought there would be more in stock, but doesn't seem so. Staff is very friendly (except one that didn't even acknowledge or thank me when they dropped something and I picked it up for them, but again...that was only one person). I also wish they stocked more Fairlife milk as they seem to always be out. Great store however just wish it had more of a variety like Market Basket and Shaws and had more regulars stocked up.

  The kind staff are one of the few redeeming qualities of this location. I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve had to bring back dairy products with knife slices in the containers (likely from improper handling), dented cans, and “fresh” produce that’s either visibly moldy in store or ruined within 24 hours of purchase. Location is great for convenience but less so when you have to frequently return items that were damaged before purchase

  This Pelham Store is ridiculous. Every time you come here to buy something they don’t have it in stock. I called today before driving all the way there from the Lowell store and spoke to the manager on duty to see if they had pork shoulder picnics.I was told yes they had some. After arriving they did not have pork shoulder picnic they only had pork shoulder butt in which is a totally different part of the pig. All they had to say was sorry we don’t have it. Really peed me off
