    I’ve been disappointed with the customer service at this location specifically. The store appears to be consistently understaffed, which creates long wait times and a frustrating experience for customers. On multiple occasions, the front doors have been locked during business hours, leaving only the drive-thru open without any clear communication. On understaffed days, the staff also seems to experience limited order capacity, going as far as restricting which items customers are allowed to purchase. This results in slower service, delays, and an inability to keep up with customer demand. What’s even more frustrating is that customers who place mobile app preorders still have to wait in the same line as walk-in or regular customers, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The whole process feels disorganized and inconvenient. Management really needs to address staffing issues, improve order capacity during busy times, and handle mobile orders more efficiently to better serve customers.

    Lights off appearing closed went through drive through for door dash and scolded by employees about you need to come in to pick up door dash after sitting in drive through for 10 min. How about you do your job turn on all the lights an look open.

    They never answer anytime you’re in drive thru, it takes them 5 mins to acknowledge someone is there

    stopped in on my way home from Hannaford's. I waited patiently at the register, I could have robbed the place and no one would have even known, eventually a girl came out of the back, looked at me, didn't acknowledge my presence at all, no "ill be right with you", no " sorry for your wait", she just kneeled down put the sleeve of cups she had away, and then approached the register and said (with a eye roll and a sigh) "can I help you", felt like I should be apologizing for bothering her. I ordered 2 Ice coffees and proceeded to wait(both tasted so horribly watered down I hesitated going back in but decided wasn't worth wasting time waiting to be acknowledged again or the argument I'm sure I would have gotten), I prepared my straw to go into my coffee and was about to toss it in the trash but there was no bag, no barrel in the hole, so was forced to put my trash in my pocket to dispose at a later time. absolutely the worst in the CAFUA chain so far that I've come across. And this store used to be the best in the area years ago too...sad to see it go down hill so much.
