- CLCastava LeeSep 24, 20261.0We stood there for agonized 15 minutes before someone asked "did anyone take your order?" Which i replied "no". Then she just walked away continued with drive through. As I watched another kid play with his visor, wipe down counters and smell what I can only assume was old espresso. Which he then dumps. He slowly starts to realize we are still waiting. Then takes our order, but can't find the drink on the POS. The place had flies and the flavor bottles were crusty and dirty at the top. You could see dates were being changed improperly on those bottles. The staff was not friendly or attentive. They could have been busy, but we were straight ignored. Management needs to step up at this location, do more POS training and insure those flavor bottles are being cleaned and dates checked. Motivate your team! Do better.
- OJOlivia JohnsonSep 7, 20261.0THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I mobile ordered a medium iced matcha and a SAUSAGE, egg, and AMERICAN cheese on a croissant. When I got there, they were out of croissants. That was fine I got an everything bagel instead. Then they handed me A CUP OF ICE and an ounce of matcha. The first thing I noticed was that there was about a full INCH of empty space on top and I couldn’t even put a straw in the matcha due to the amount of ice in the cup. I had to ask the worker to dump some of the ice out because, once again, I could not put the straw in the cup. To the worker’s credit, she did put a little of what I think was milk in the cup. There was still a huge gap on top. When I got home, I took out a BACON, egg, and cheese sandwich… I ordered sausage. I had to drive all the way back to the store and get my SAUSAGE, egg, and AMERICAN cheese. They gave me a burnt bagel and CHEDDAR cheese. So, in other words, I WILL NOT be going back until the new management trains there workers better. PICTURE: This picture was taken at 2:50 after I finished the drink. I got the drink at 1:56 and this was also after the worker took out some of the ice.

Now every morning there's a huge line that doesn't move for minutes at a time. Some of the newer employees just seem to stand around talking and not even care to do their job
