  food was uncooked like always deciding to boycott this location till they go through remedial training, since cooking food is a basic in a resturant

  Never have I had such a negative customer service experience - even one of the individuals working apologized to us for how inappropriately their coworker was acting. We placed an online order and had to return due to an item being made incorrectly (cheese on a sandwich that had been ordered as no cheese and due to a dairy allergy for my child we had to request it be remade without the cheese). One of the workers we interacted with was sweet and apologetic (younger girl with long brown hair) while the older individual with short light brown hair raised her voice at us, questioned us and made us give her the sandwich back and aggressively (no exaggeration) threw it out in front of us (you could literally hear it from the back seat of my car and saw it from the window like she was trying to make some point) and huffed away to go remake the sandwich SHE messed up. My poor toddler witnessed all of this and was understandably upset and even the younger worker popped out of the window and whispered "I'm so sorry" to us - our response was that we were sorry for her because this was clearly behavior she dealt with often. The 2 times over the speaker before even getting to the window this older individual was rude and raised her voice at us asking a simple question about whether they had muffins and because they didn't have one of the items we ordered and we asked if they could just refund it (she said no and was clearly bothered we asked and told us to try through the app and made us feel pressured to just change the item). We will never return here and I feel so bad for the individual working with this worker in addition to my toddler who had to witness such childish and inappropriate behavior. Save yourself the trip here and go to the one down the road unless you want to start your day being yelled at 🙂 ✨️

  While it was drive through only they had fine service. The gave us double the donuts we asked for but I’m not complaining!

  Very rude customer service. They didn’t even read our order properly, and when we asked for the items we had ordered, they responded with an attitude. There was no apology or attempt to fix the mistake. Very disappointing experience.Never coming back

  Drive thru ONLY! Guess I missed the Google maps note.Dunkins blew it with this one, all that real estate & no lobby service. It's a sign of the times, minimum staff/maximum profit!
