- KJKerry james2 days ago3.0I’ve been visiting this Dunkin’ for the past few nights while staying in North Conway. My first visit, on Thursday night, was extremely disappointing. A woman who identified herself as the manager (chubby, blonde hair with pink ends) completely ignored me while she was texting, took an unusually long time to prepare my drink, and when it was finally made, it was incorrect. When I politely pointed out the mistake, I was met with a rude attitude rather than an apology or an attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Despite that experience, I decided to return. Thankfully, that same manager was outside when I arrived. Throughout my visit, I personally witnessed her spending time outside on her phone and vaping. I also observed her vaping inside the store, which I found very concerning and unprofessional. Instead, I was greeted by a young lady whose name I believe was Shemica. She was polite, patient, and incredibly professional from the moment I walked in. During my visit, a group of around eight customers entered the store, yet Shemica remained calm and courteous while handling everything herself. From what I personally witnessed, she was the only employee working both the drive-thru and the front counter for walk-in customers for the entire hour I was there. Despite the obvious pressure she was under, she maintained an excellent attitude, worked efficiently, and treated every customer with kindness and respect. Meanwhile, I could clearly see the manager outside instead of assisting her employee during a busy period. I sincerely hope Dunkin’ looks into the management at this location. Employees like Shemica deserve better leadership and support. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, composure, and a strong work ethic under evident pressure. Unfortunately, poor management like this not only affects hardworking employees but also drives away loyal customers. Shemica deserves recognition for the outstanding job she is doing, as I know evening shifts are hard especially considering the lack of support she appeared to receive.
- JMJen MickelJun 26, 20261.0I came to North Conway on June 9th I came to this location at about 1 o'clock in the afternoon.I am legally blind when I approached the counter.There was no one taking orders, and only a giant iPad thing to place your water.I am unable to see that. I\nStood at the counter as the staff continued to just walk by and I was told by others , giving me dirty looks for just standing there and not placing my order on the ipad , not one person even acknowledged that I needed to place an order. I\nEnded up having to go outside to get someone else that I was with to place my order for me. Dunkin' donuts should be accessible to the legally blind low vision community
