- CCCarolann3 days ago1.0My husband and I agree with all of the comments that talk about trash at this location being disgusting. We took a walk by the restaurant after doing a bit of shopping yesterday afternoon there was nobody outside eating but yet there was trash everywhere. Look through the window and a bunch of employees were just standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking decided, we definitely will not go there wasn’t welcoming at all seeing the trash seeing all the employees just standing around and it just shows that management really doesn’t care about this location. People will definitely go elsewhere for a clean establishment with welcoming friendly faces… which unfortunately is not here .

Showed up tonight with the door locked at 8pm with a sign that says they’re not taking any more customers and previous online orders need to enter through the patio door. Upon entering it looked like a bomb had went off inside. Trash overflowing all over and food bits all over the line counter (not a new thing). When I grabbed my to-go bag off the shelf I didn’t have the 2 bags of chips I ordered and was told they’re all out and I need to request a refund on the app. Got home and my burrito and bowl were missing ingredients. Sad!

When we asked for forks the worker answered “do you mind using spoons, forks are really far…” for context we were the only ones in the restaurant. The garbages are full. Chipotle is always great but simply the employees at this location are lazy and rude.
