  What is it with Taco Bell’s being unable to make things correctly???? No seasoning on the nacho fries and no cream in the dirty soda, no sauce on the nuggets (which are gross btw). Don’t pmo

  The staff was so rude and they don’t even give order if it’s ready and when they see I’m Indian it show their face like I’m trash or I don’t deserve to be there. they were not even apologize for their mistake and blame me that I don’t know about my order. Such a rude people worst staff I ever see..

  It's kind of hard to get in and out of the parking lot as the location is kind of hidden in the back corner of a parking lot. I ordered by mobile and I was surprised how long I waited for my food. The staff was professional and friendly but not very chatty. I really did not like that the entire process was done by AI at the drive up speaker. When I did receive my phone it was called and just thrown together and not made very professionally or thorough.

  Eh, it's a taco bell. It's at least better than the one in Amherst. Thankfully the new order kiosks and AI drive-thru limits interacting with humans.

  Drink and condiment center was filthy. Trash falling out of bottom of trash can( wonder even if a bag was put in. ) Floor all sticky. Drink cup covers caps and straws strewn all over the drink dispenser grid, condiment bins almost all empty and dirty. Took pictures but don’t know how to submit them. Board of health would surely have been aghast! Plus my Burrito supreme had no sour cream!
