  When they're good they're good, but ordering via the app lately has been a crap shoot. One time several of my ordered items were unavailable and I suspect the shopper just didn't know where to look for the items (for example there were fresh seafood items that were substituted with frozen). Sometimes they send me items I didn't order or pay for. The first time I called the store to tell them about the error. They told me to keep the extras and they would send the items to the person who ordered them. They sent me all of the extras AGAIN. I stopped trying to fix it and today I refused to accept the giant jug of softener I neither ordered nor paid for. The prices are too high so when I can shop in person I go elsewhere. I shop vus the app when my health keeps me home but the service is too unreliable now. I'll likely take my online grocery shopping elsewhere because I don't want to be taking groceries someone else ordered and paid for and I would like to get the things I ordered. This time they also sent me the more expensive apples as a substitution that I declined. Thankfully they didn't charge me. I don't like taking things I didn't pay for, but from past experience I know it's futile to try and do the right thing.

  Cashier was great, but it feels like they go slow to get you to use self checkout. Out of Tide that was on sale. Store is always clean.

  Didn't like the waiting in the theatre especially when already seated and the film starts at 7:30 pm and not 7 pm as advertised. Also limit the ads and remove the stupid Nicole Kidman ad completely which is pointless and waste of time.

  Last week, I came to grab a few supplies, everything was smooth up until I arrived at self-checkout. I needed an employee to verify my age for some beer I wanted to buy. The machine opened a dialogue box, and it read, "an employee will come to you shortly to help". Lasted for 8 long minutes until I saw an employee pass by without acknowledging that the machine was making this beeping sound. Do better guys, could ya.

  Terrible service. Everything is behind locked doors. I understand that's because of the theft but still waiting 20 mins to get laundry soap cause they had to unlock it was pretty awful. Best oatmeal raisin cookies ever!!
