Then I got a text message saying they cannot deliver today, and if I want my order today, I have to go pick it up myself. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. Poor service and poor communication.I will think twice before ordering from here again.

Got to the fseafood counter and the guy was putting everything away (most of it was already put away), mind you this is at 6:45 PM. I said to him I wanted the salmon and he says we close the seafood counter at 6:30 because it's not a popular Shaw's. They're open until 10 but you can get any seafood after 6:30? What's up with that? So, seeing as I work from 7:30 to 6:30 6 or 7 days a week, I'll never be able to buy seafood there. Make this make sense! So FYI to all you who work past 6, no Shaw's seafood for you!

She very rudely informed me that she was “making an arrangement” and “couldn’t stop what she was doing.” Instead of taking 3 minutes to help me or find someone who could she instead lost Shaws a customer for life. She was unnecessarily rude about it too. You would think with so many other retail stores in the area Shaws would be more apt to retain customers instead of losing them but what do I know about business ? Abysmal store. Go to the Basket instead, their stuff is fresher and the prices are better.
