- PPPerspective Possibilities2 days ago1.0Waited around 30 mins for my food. Order was wrong. I politely asked them to remake it & was given attitude for their mistake. I didn't make a big deal bc people make mistakes, I get it. Then when they remake my food, the onions & peppers were raw instead of grilled like I asked, they put half a patty on there, the end pieces of lettuce etc. intentionally messing up my order for their initial incompetence. & On top of that, paid $17+ Definitely taking this up w corporate. How can you run a business w ignorant, petty & vindictive employees....

First, poorly managed employees, one standing around doing nothing, caused my order to take 40 minutes. After waiting all this time I was ecstatic to open my bag and indulge in my meal. Yet again, they disappoint by messing up my one request: no grilled onions. I will not return to this establishment until management and employees are changed. Sad to see this great company slowly deteriorate into a shadow of its prime. What was once an expensive yet reasonable burger has become poor quality not justifying the ridiculous price tag.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
