- BMBob Musto5 days ago5.0Five Guys is one of our favorite quick service restaurants to eat at. I want to specifically applaud the courtesy and professionalism the lunch staff on 8/23/26 performed while handling what I’m sure is a common but still frustrating experience. There was a husband and wife and two young kids (probably in the 2-5 range) that were dining on this day. The parents allowed their kids to run amuck, cause a disturbance among the rest of the patrons, and make a sheer and utter mess of the place, all the while, making little to no attempt to correct the behaviors. At the end of the meal, the mother left the restaurant while the husband rangled the kids, and they left the place a complete mess. The employees handled it probably the best way possible, to not intervene, and waited until they left and went and cleaned up after them. Feeling bad, i assisted with the cleaning, which was rewarded by being given teom$10 comp cards. Totally unnecessary but certainly appreciated. I can’t imagine how frustrating that was for the employees and was very impressed by their response!

Price overall is a bit high but we saved with 24 percent off from our upside app; download the app and enter the code KARL9647 to save. The dining hall was a little dirty, hard to find a chair that did not wobble. The bathrooms can use a routine cleaning as well.

They didn’t make me feel bad at all. In fact, they were so nice about my mistake and reassured me people do it all the time. The next time I get Five Guys, I’m definitely coming to this location. More people should be half as kind as they were! ❤️
