- MBMilena B19855 days ago5.0I come from another city and pass by several Dunkin’ locations, but none of them give me the great experience I always have at this one. The drive-thru service is always super fast, and the woman who takes my order every morning is always so polite and nice. I also noticed that the young Black girl that works there is always very sweet, very polite, and very welcoming. The Asian guy that works there is also always very friendly and respectful. Honestly, all the employees there are amazing and make the experience so much better every morning. Please give them a raise — they really deserve recognition for their great customer service!
- KBKayla BednarzFeb 21, 20261.0I placed a pickup order through the app on Saturday 2/21. Obviously it’s a Saturday morning I anticipated it to be busy. Having to wait a bit for my order was not the problem. My problem was having to listen to who I would assume is the manager screaming at her employees. I work in retail and I understand the stress that can come with being a manager but it doesn’t do any good screaming at the employees for not being efficient enough. Her leadership style is a great way to have a quick employee turnover rate. I would suggest some management training for her. Definitely will be going to a different dunkin.
