  I ordered two Matcha latte drinks at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Both Matcha drinks were made incorrectly. I ordered one with oat milk and one with almond milk. They were both made with regular milk. Also, they put all the Matcha powder dry at the bottom and did not mix it at all. They poured all the milk right on top of all the powder. I also ordered sweet cold foam on top for both drinks and neither had cold foam on top. I also had ordered with sweetened flavors, which neither had as well. This was a very disappointing experience as I have been to this Dunkin’s and they have made the order correctly before. But it’s absolutely shocking that they didn’t even mix the Matcha powder in with the liquid before giving it to us. The employees at the window were extremely unhelpful and were confused and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing to begin with. We tried to shake it in the car so it was a little green after but all the dry power just stayed stuck to the bottom. Very very disappointing experience.

  If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered an ice tea today with liquid sugar and they must of put milk in it cause it looked like ice coffee. I told them it wasn’t ice and they were rude and argumentative. They made another just the same. Ice tea DOES NOT look like ice coffee with milk. Won’t go there again.
