Everyone is friendly I have never had an issue with rudeness. However service and food go hand and hand. Not only have I been handed a hot coffee cup that was ice cold, like the iced coffee isn't that cold, and when I said something to the individual who handed it to me, the responded with, "I thought it felt cold, I'll fix it." If it felt cold why give it to me to begin with. But that doesn't frustrate more than even after bringing this to their attention, and having the person I tell say, "oh the filter must not have been in right", meaning this is not a new issue. I am still getting cups of decaf like this. Keep in mind the picture doesn't include the mouthful I ended up with. Something needs to be done to stop this from being an issue a customer has to deal with.

No counter services while waiting 15 m minutes, left with ZERO SERVICE.
This is THE worst dunkins in new hampshire hands down, they burnt all of our food and yet the cheese was cold like it wasnt even cooked i dont recommend this place i hope you all know this is THE worst dunkins in america.

We pulled up to the drive thru and a girl said, "What do you want?" We made our order, she said, "Okay" and nothing else. No order total, no order recap, no "Thank you, have a nice day." We got to the window, the guy said our total, no hello. We paid, he passed the food, and he walked away. My friend said, "Thank you, have a good day." and got no responses or smiles.
Our food was given to us lukewarm. We received four hash browns, as opposed to the three hash browns and a Snackin' Bacon we had ordered. We didn't bother trying to go back to correct it.
When my friend was eating her hash browns, she found debris in the package and may have ingested some of it. Photos are attached.
I will not recommend this location to anyone, at all.
