- HWHanae WitkumJun 22, 20261.0I ordered a latte with almond milk as I always do because of a severe milk intolerance. The almond milk did not pop up on the order screen which is fine - everyone makes mistakes. When I was handed my cup it was not labeled as having almond milk. When I asked about this I was told the drink is not made with espresso shots but it is made with milk. I said I know but I need almond milk not whole milk because I will get sick if I have whole milk. The employee quickly assured me that “yup it is almond milk” as she turned her back and walked away to do something else. She couldn’t even be bothered to double check. I tried the drink. I am about 99% sure it was whole milk and not almond milk so I did not drink the drink I paid for out of fear of getting sick. They had 0 concern or consideration for my intolerance or the fact that I could get sick. Super annoyed. Will not be going back to this Dunkin.
