- NCnicolas ramirez correa2 days ago1.0First , the doors for you can enter inside were closed a hour before they close, then I order on drive thru, were actitude of the people was so upset that I regret t get my drinks, also i order two coffees were both was with oat milk, but in reality the coffee was only black coffee,which I didn't order and it didn't have any milk with it, bad place I do not recommend I prefer taking more time to go, to another Dunkin than rather go back to this one.

The almond milk did not pop up on the order screen which is fine - everyone makes mistakes. When I was handed my cup it was not labeled as having almond milk. When I asked about this I was told the drink is not made with espresso shots but it is made with milk. I said I know but I need almond milk not whole milk because I will get sick if I have whole milk. The employee quickly assured me that “yup it is almond milk” as she turned her back and walked away to do something else. She couldn’t even be bothered to double check. I tried the drink. I am about 99% sure it was whole milk and not almond milk so I did not drink the drink I paid for out of fear of getting sick. They had 0 concern or consideration for my intolerance or the fact that I could get sick. Super annoyed. Will not be going back to this Dunkin.

Went to go drive off and the stuff is wrong. 1 drink was right, find other drink had no sweetener or cold foam when the label on it literally said what we ordered. Got the wrong type of munchkins. My bf went inside to ask for it to be corrected and the manager of the place some lady in her 40s with glasses told him she made everything correctly which was clearly wrong. My boyfriend told her to look at his phone what he ordered to which she said she didn’t want to look and asked him to step aside because someone was fixing the order already. Honestly she made the order wrong and didn’t want to be corrected so she tried to shame my bf. Shouldn’t be running a Dunkin’s with that poor customer service and also can’t even read the label. Ironic that all the locations owned by the same person are the ones with terrible google reviews and awful customer service. Do better
