- ESEvelyn Sheehan6 days ago3.0Im not one to leave a less than 5 star review . I wana start by saying my DAILY (sometimes twice a day) morning crew is 10/10 incredible all stars in the drive thru! I just went at the drive thru was there for a good minute and a half and I went inside to see if they were open because nobody responded to the first 4 times I said hello. When I walk in theres a bald male manager and a female manager and some young kid working.. and the female manager was talking to the male very loudly swearing and saying stuff about her managers meeting and the way people were "retards" im not a sensitive Sally. Also the bald guy was fully aware of my existence, and didnt take her to another room or tell her to watch her mouth or to try to stop her in any way speaking the way she was. you take that conversation to a whole different part of the store like the walk in, not on the floor with customers. Nobody had a headset on and not a soul in line inside. no customer service at all never even stopped the conversation to ask how my day was or acknowledge my existence as a customer let alone someone who might have a family member with disabilities that would take offense to "retards" being used in a derogatory term to describe someone who wore an ugly dress to a managers meeting 😒🤷🏽♀️ just very poor self awareness and customer service. But again morning crew (especially drive thru is 10/10 5⭐️)

So I said “hello?” that was followed by a few seconds of silence. She replied to me with “what do you want?” full of attitude. I swiftly placed my coffee order, in which she responded with more attitude. I then drove up to the drive-through window. Now frustrated, I didn’t say a word at the drive-through window. I paid and when she handed me my coffee, I’m surprised that I didn’t explode from how hard it was passed over. Horrible customer service. Keep in mind this is 5:30 in the morning. I understand that someone can be a bit irritable at 5:30 AM. But if you’re gonna be that miserable at a job you chose trying to treat the customers a little bit better and don’t show your attitude.
