Literally THEFT. 4 out of 5 delivery orders were failures. 2 deliveries waited over an hour and then were "canceled" for no reason. The other 2 had missing items. And the 1 successful order had very low volume of food in my bowl compared to other Chipotles. I don't complain often, but THIS is the WORST Chipotle I've dealt with. I'll use the Chipotle further away (DW Highway is excellent) if I order again. Left hungry WAY to many times.

It was very busy and EVERYONE was wearing their soccer jerseys. I had worn my jersey all day for this, so I was excited to get a free burrito bowl for my boyfriend with my short budget right now. When I paid I realized it was the full price, when I had clarified that I was wearing my jersey the worker just stated the transaction already went through, and instead of finding a way to fix it, she walked off. Not very happy with her attitude and not even trying to find a way to fix her mistake. Along with a bad day of my car being towed from it exploding, I was looking forward to treat myself 😭 The worker who took my order was very sweet though so props to her for making the experience a little better.
