  We walked in right when it opened and got our food fast. Kind of pricey but the food was amazing. Why the two stars? The dinning food looked like it was hit by a tornado. The place just opened and everything was dirty. Floors, walls, windows, tables, drink stations all Gross. Only one trash and I didn't use the bathroom. Guys this is unacceptable please clean!!!!

  As I was picking up my mobile order someone was returning food because it had hair in it and then when I got home by order was missing so much of what I ordered and the chipotle app wouldn’t refund me and all it did was give me a free drink that expires.

  We love chipotle and go all the time. We stopped on a way home from a trip and This chipotle was the filthiest location I have ever seen. We were one of first customers of day and food must have been left over from day before. Guacamole was totally brown, lettuce looked frozen, everything looked like it was not fresh. I was very nervous to eat the food but thankfully did not get sick. I do want to give credit to the gentleman serving us he was nice. The whole place was dirty. The floors ,the tables and chairs, doors, bathroom all filthy. I was surprised if the place had just opened that all the tables were so dirty. It wasn’t like just after a huge lunchtime rush. They just opened. Someone really needs to do a drop in inspection here.

  We have ordered from this Chipotle a few times and every single time we have had an issue. This most recent time the order was 1.5 hours late which is completely unacceptable. It wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault (they were very communicative), it was the restaurant without a doubt. If it’s not a slow delivery time, it’s made wrong, or they’ve forgotten part of the order. Worst location ever, the workers are rude when we go in, the food is always cold, and it’s never a positive experience. We will not be returning to this location.

  Rude and obnoxious guy working at the counter..I requested my burrito not be ripped up so I could pour the vinaigrette on it (they stated they weren't allowed to) I pushed back on that I'll admit since every Chipotle I've gone to over the years has done it. Guy takes my money, leaves the open burrito on the counter and walks off. I'm left to fold and wrap the burrito myself and find a bag. He's off ridiculing me to another customer. In addition, the work area was a mess, food everywhere and many of the containers were empty or bottom of the tin. I definitely won't set foot in this Chipotle again. It's a shame the owner pays people to lose customers.
