  I ordered half chicken and half beef bowl. The gentleman with the beard put a very small amount of beef not even the amount equivalent to a black disposable spoon. If they have probable serving half chicken and half beef just say so!!! I paid my food and left disgusted by this experience!

  the guy gave me about a half of a scoop of everything, the smallest chipotle bowl i have ever had. I counted and had 5, yes FIVE pieces of chicken in my bowl. He proceeded to raise his voice at my friend pointing at a big piece of pepper that was not supposed to be in his food. I will never be coming back. You guys suck. Do better.

  I was in the other day for the first and probably my last time. Im not sure if anyone else has had experience with the large African man on the line, but everything he was doing made me mad. From under portioned rice, to throwing everything else directly in the middle, no effort to properly distribute the ingredients across the entire bowl. Skimping on portions, I had to ask for double meat just to get the right amount and be overcharged for how it should be. This man was tossing food everywhere. I saw at least 4 different types of food drop into other containers they definitely shouldn't be in. Im damn right outraged at him. Just a total lack of professionalism for preparing food that people eat. I couldn't imagine if I was vegan or vegetarian and I found meat in a place it shouldn't be. He needs to be gone. Like right away. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this location and probably chipotle as a whole. Do better. Be better. Thats ridiculous and hazardous, especially to people with food allergies. If someone flares up because of him, I won't be surprised. It might even be lethal for that customer.

  When customers are standing in line, staff is busy distributing tips, you guys can do that later as well, I have waited in line for 25 minutes and food preparation is completely unhygienic, service is 00000, and to get the food again 20 mins total 45 I have waited, this is nonsense....

  i hate to say i always have the worst experience no matter day or time that i come. why am i paying 20$ for two kids quesadillas yet they don’t have ice, napkins, lemonade, sprite, or spoons. to add on i had a grumpy man making my food and i get the quesadillas back stuck to the tin foil with everything spread across the tinfoil it’s falling apart when im trying to eat it. normally who would care about them being out of so much because i get it but i wouldn’t need napkins if my plate wasn’t covered in sour cream and got it all over my new hoodie sleeve, am i supposed to lick it off? and lmk why i have lettuce floating in my sour cream but didn’t get any?? and to top it all off i ran into the door on my way out and on my way in. When I tugged on the locked door all the workers looked at me like i was a fugitive. And then to slam into it on my way out when im already covered in sour cream and had the worst service. and these quesadillas suck im peeling disintegrated tortilla off of tin foil it’s not good.
