Very rarely do i feel safe and appreciated at fast food locations however with the speed, efficiency, and cleanliness i definitely WILL return. Thank you chipotle and God bless you. The large white handsome gentlemen(around 6 ft, blue eyes, smile thay could cure diseases) was delightful. Thank you chipotle
- MMMingerAug 14, 20261.0Never in my life have I considered leaving a negative review for a fast-food location; this is the first place where, after numerous negative experiences, I feel compelled to share. The portions that this place tries to bend you over with are criminal. I am fine with paying extra for steak, I am not fine with paying for 9 ( I counted) 9 little slices of steak on my already under-portioned food. The times when it's so disrespectully little and have asked for extra steak the employees will dump half the scoop away and charge you. I'm not sure if this is how they were trained but it is disgusting and bad business.

- LBLondon BranJun 28, 20262.0okay so the food here is really good but maybe i just love chipotle but i gave 2 stars bc the costumers service is so bad!!! i went two times and the first time the worker gave me a small amount of rice that i’ve never seen before at a chipotle but i guess it was fine…. until i went the next day and the customer service was worse with another worker. i asked for a kids meal with rice and chicken and the worker told me that i couldn’t get chicken on its own??!!! i always get chicken on its own but whatever i didn’t want to argue so i asked for another serving of rice so that i could have double rice and then i asked for beans so that all of the 3 sections of my meal would be full….. but instead he took one section of rice out and replaced it with beans…… so in the end i only had two sides instead of 3… plus the attitudes of the restaurant as a whole was not welcoming
