- LBLondon BranJun 28, 20262.0okay so the food here is really good but maybe i just love chipotle but i gave 2 stars bc the costumers service is so bad!!! i went two times and the first time the worker gave me a small amount of rice that i’ve never seen before at a chipotle but i guess it was fine…. until i went the next day and the customer service was worse with another worker. i asked for a kids meal with rice and chicken and the worker told me that i couldn’t get chicken on its own??!!! i always get chicken on its own but whatever i didn’t want to argue so i asked for another serving of rice so that i could have double rice and then i asked for beans so that all of the 3 sections of my meal would be full….. but instead he took one section of rice out and replaced it with beans…… so in the end i only had two sides instead of 3… plus the attitudes of the restaurant as a whole was not welcoming

The man would scoop the rice into the bowl and then touch his dirty glasses and sweaty face with his hands and then he was putting his fingers into the rice because there would be some grains stuck together. Likeeee, that is extremely gross stop poking your dirty sweaty fingers into my food please. Or at least change your gloves after you touch your face. Also when he went to scoop out my protein he put an already small amount into my bowl and then decided that was too much and removed more than half. I left very dissatisfied😞.
