Complaint: Poor Customer Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members, Mr. Criss/Cross, the tall gentleman wearing glasses. He came to take our order, but his behavior was very unprofessional and rude.
We were new to the menu and needed a little time to decide. We had already decided on Parmesan Garlic Sauce and wanted to order the same item again, but he did not give us enough time or patience to confirm our order properly. Instead of helping us, he made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have never faced this kind of behavior before. Because of the way he treated us, I honestly do not feel comfortable coming back if he is serving us again.
I request the management to please look into this issue and train the staff to treat customers with patience, respect, and professionalism. Customers should be given proper time to decide and place their order without feeling pressured or disrespected.

Went here today for my girlfriend's birthday, she loves buffalo wild wings, we usually go to a different location, but we were in nashua so tried this one, and regretted it thoroughly. We started by ordering alcoholic beverages, about 15 minutes minutes later, what showed up can only be described as juice, there was no alcohol whatsoever that we could taste, and we both only drink a few times a year so even weak drinks are usually fine for us. We placed our order, an appetizer and 2 orders of wings, right off the bat the food starts out on the wrong foot, the item my girlfriend wanted, some new sauce flavor they have advertised all over the restaurant, turns out to be out of stock, the waitress suggests another item and whatever, we move on. We wait, and wait, and wait, FINALLY, about 45 minutes later some food comes, is it our appetizer? No. Is it the food we ordered? Almost, but no, I taste a potato wedge, its lukewarm at best, my girlfriend is near tears and our 4 year old is on the verge of a tantrum, so we choose to walk out. Birthday dinner ruined by a lackluster, careless staff. I could somewhat understand these things if the restaurant was busy, but it was a Wednesday evening, there were 4 or 5 other tables seated in the entire restaurant and nearly a 1:1 ratio of staff to customers. Absolutely blown away by the terrible service, and buffalo wild wings likely lost a couple long time customers tonight.
