  Normally, we love Arby's. However, Our experience yesterday was so bad. The service was non-existent. The sandwich was thrown together and not great. The soda was warm and flat. I feel like they are getting ready to close. If not, they better clean up their act. In any case ,we won't be back. Thank you for your response, To be clear, this was the Topsham Maine location.

  My husband and I love stopping by Arby's anytime we're in the area! The staff is always great. One time we asked for a slice of meat for our cat that was in the back seat and they happily gave us a few slices :) they made his post vet trip a bit better!

  Ordered a Chicken CordenBleu ate it there and it was cold... kinda disappointed was looking forward to one for a couple of days.

  Restaurant seating area was dirty. Tables had food debris as well as floors. Condiments were lacking such as salt and pepper. Staff were poor communicators. "Y'all set?" Yes, I'm ready to order. That's what I was asking. (So why did I have to interpret what you meant? Generally languid and apathetic.

  Great bunch of associates! I forgot my phone in the ladies room. They answered the call. Let me know my phone could be picked up next day & the manager would have it. Also this was our 1st time eating at an Arby's. Their curly fries are the best! Big sandwich & great dip too! Yup, They have the MEAT!
