  I'm not a fan of shaws. More expensive than any other store and it's the same products. But because it's a small town let's jack the prices up. The cashiers should be greeting you coming and going. Nope...not even a hi or have a good day....nothing. are they not trained or told the customers are the reason you all have jobs!? It's infuriating. Alex the female morning cashier, no hi or anything. Just looks at you. There is another lady with dark hair that usually Iis at self check out. One of the rudest ppl. I asked her a question and the way she answered me almost set me off. I went in to find pamprin......asked a male worker where it was.....he didn't even know what i was talking about. I had to explain what pamprin is! It was embarrassing. Never again. I'll go to a store where it's easy to find it. Everytime I see an employee, no smile and management is included in this! If I was a cashier, you'd hear me. Good morning l! Have a good day! Thanks for stopping in! Not silence and mean mugging. Not once have I gone into shaws and been like wow that was a good experience. Not once! I'd be working on telling the employees the reason they have jobs and get paychecks is because of the customer your waiting on! I just take customer service seriously and they do not! Smile! It won't break your face I promise! I'm good with shaws.

  I like the cleanliness of the store and that's about it. The staff are so rude. Not one ever says hi or even smiles for that matter. I don't want to go in somewhere where everyone is miserable. Like Alex, the older lady cashier in the morning. No hi, no thank you, no have a good day, just shoves my reciept at me. Excuse me??? ARE YOU NOT BEING PAID TO BE HERE AND BE NICE TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO EVEN HAVE A JOB?!!!! Customer service is non existent there. There is another older lady with black hair who works the front end usually. Rude as can be. No smiles no nothing. I'm not shopping somewhere where management hasn't even told the employees they have to be nice and outgoing! THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU GET A PAYCHECK. The audacity of the older people to be rude is infuriating. What cashier doesn't say hi or bye. She didn't have her monitor on so we could actually see the total and the customer was trying to tell her, why can't I see it on the screen, Alex totally ignored her. So I spoke up and said......she wants the monitor on so we can see what's being rung up and the total.! She turned it on but was clearly irritated. The customer shouldn't have to tell you to do your job and have the proper things on! I'm tired of it already. I live right beside it and will drive to another store. I'm sick of spending money for an overpriced store first off, then not even management smiles! Everytime I see any employee, silence and blank or angry face. No excuse for it. If I was a cashier there, every customer I'd be good morning, hello, have a good day, thanks for stopping in! Not silent and mean mugging like the ones they have now.
