- WKWillow KnottsMay 24, 20261.0Drive down the street to the next dunkin!!! This one is not worth your energy because I guarantee you won’t have any after you’re done there. I went to the drive thru only to wait 10+ mins while no one else was in front of us to even be greeted by them in a less than joyful tone. We ordered the 6$ meal deal with a vanilla iced coffee and a boston cream. Of course, they told us they didn’t know if they had boston cream (11:30 am btw). Then we pulled up to pay and the young man at the cash register took our payment and then proceeded to give us the wrong order. We noticed this and told him and he responded with “oh that was the wrong order.” Then they gave us the meal with the sandwich and hashbrowns but not the donut. We told them this and then a girl in the back told us that she made a mistake and used the wrong bread on my sandwich. I told them it’s fine but we want the donut. They were out of the boston cream so we told them just give us a yellow cake donut. They proceeded to give us the wrong type and we just accepted it. Later to find out they left out the cheese on the sandwich that they already messed up on. I called them back to complain about our overall experience and the girl apologized but sounded like it was just a chore and seemed uninterested to even take the call. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Waste of time!
