  They have two entrances almost half a block apart because it’s a large Building. They randomly close an entrance so you walk all the way there and you can’t get in and you have to turn around and walk to the opposite end of the building. It’s so dumb they’re not customer service friendly at all and that’s just to get in the building. Then when you get in the building, there’s no shopping carts. They’re all locked in the entrance that is closed off.

  The Shaw's delivery service is terrible. I do not recommend using them at all unless you would like to get completely wrong products that are way more expensive than what you ordered and to have them tell you that your chicken is out of stock and your water only to walk into the store half hour later and it's right there. Also, when they dropped off my perishable foods they never rang my doorbell or let me know they were here. My food's out there for so long. It almost went bad. These people are not good at this and they're never going to be. Do not order anything from Shaw's and expect it to come when it's supposed to or even be notified about it. And definitely don't expect to get what you ordered, but do expect to get something you didn't order. That's a lot more expensive

  I recently lost my mother in law unexpectedly and was traumatic for my wife. My mother in laws favorite flowers were blue hydrangeas. I saw two arrangements in floral department with one in each and rest were not in good shape. I simply wanted to see if I could alternate some of the flowers or add the hydrangeas to another arrangement and pay whatever fee. There was no florist available so asked the front end cashier manager named Amy. She was rude and gave me a negative attitude and said abruptly no we dont do that. She walked away, no sorry for your loss no effort to remedy the situation and just said thats all we have and we dont do that. I was completely devastated at her reaction and lack of professionalism. I told her i had lost my mother in law and didnt even phase her. Im not an entitled person but grieving loss of someone special. Amys heartlessness, cold demeanor and lack of empathy was uncalled for and unprofessional that you have her representing shaws as a manager, Shame on this company. I will never step food in that store again. Went down the street to Merrimack Florist and were sincere, helpful and apologetic for the conduct of your manager.

  It's a grocery store. We had no complaints. We got some groceries. Oh wait. I'd give 4 stars but my husband found BLUE MILK just in time for Star Wars day, so I'm throwing in the last one
