- ZMZachary MatthewsSep 24, 20261.0All 3 ladies that were working today had terrible attitudes upon first contact. Followed by more attitude and very poor quality food. They put the egg on a full muffin and a half top muffin over it. I’ve had dunks coffee thousands of times in my life and i know for a fact, the coffee i just got is only coffee and cream. Definitely not what i ordered. So my question is why am i paying extra for espresso shots and other things if they’re going to just serve me whatever they feel like because they’re mad at their jobs? With the state of the economy right now, when i do spend my money on things i shouldn’t be, i hope to get the most out of it and enjoy it, Not be left even more disappointed that i wasted my money and feel disrespected. Dunks is always the worst $12 i spend weekly and it’s unfortunate it’s the most convenient. It is not longer convenient.

I order directly off the menu that I am looking at and I’m almost always told they can’t do that/they don’t know what I’m asking for. Idk how to be more clear than go read off of the menu, so I usually just end up asking for an iced coffee and leaving. Or they totally get my order wrong. I have much better luck and get much better service just going to Bedford, even though this location is technically a walkable distance from where I live.
- MMMersegumJun 19, 20261.0Terrible experience, employees couldnt understand a very basic order and had to remake my girlfriends egg and cheese wrap 3 times because they kept adding bacon. When she told them no bacon, shes vegetarian, no bacon. The guy cooking it added bacon one of the times then went "oh" and took it off then kept cooking it as if that would be okay. What if this was an allergy? Why was it so difficult to get 3 ingredients right? And they were very impatient over the drive through microphone. If you are craving dunks, go to a different location.
