I order directly off the menu that I am looking at and I’m almost always told they can’t do that/they don’t know what I’m asking for. Idk how to be more clear than go read off of the menu, so I usually just end up asking for an iced coffee and leaving. Or they totally get my order wrong. I have much better luck and get much better service just going to Bedford, even though this location is technically a walkable distance from where I live.

When she told them no bacon, shes vegetarian, no bacon. The guy cooking it added bacon one of the times then went "oh" and took it off then kept cooking it as if that would be okay. What if this was an allergy? Why was it so difficult to get 3 ingredients right? And they were very impatient over the drive through microphone. If you are craving dunks, go to a different location.

Second time the server didn't understand what i was asking when i asked for what coffee flavors they had. Third time I ordered a black ice tea with blueberry syrup and sugar, and once i brought it home i was given BLACK COFFEE with Blueberry syrup. Obviously this place doesnt know how to take drink orders. The young girl with glasses almost didn't give me my change full change and would have sorted me $3, until I said can I have my change it was given. Im going to Aroma Joe's down the street even though im not crazy about them. At least Aroma Joe's will give what I ask for. Never going back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again. Aroma Joe's here I come.
