- KNKaren Nelson4 days ago1.0My husband and I went there yesterday morning. The staff was horrible as they were more concerned about chatting with each other than taking care of customers. Our order was wrong and when we told them, they had a major attitude. It was a terrible experience and I don’t think we’ll be going back again. Also the radio was very loud.

First time I sat there for 5 minutes before having to go inside to order from a staff that doesn’t pay any attention… today I went through the drive through. Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Changed the order slightly, when I got my order I was charged almost 17 dollars for a coffee and what I thought was one sandwich. They handed me a bag with two sandwiches. Told them that I didn’t want the other sandwich. And instead of refunding me the difference they just stared at me through the window until I left…. If I could give 0 stars I would….

The service is extremely rude, every single time there is one female worker who is so nasty and extremely rude. It isn’t too hard to take orders and be polite, it’s your job… if you can’t do that find another one. Every time it’s the same problem, you can’t ask questions and they are always passive aggressive with every single item you order. If I could give a 0 star rating I would, worst customer service in a restaurant I have ever experienced!
