Prosciutto, Rosemary and Fig pizza sounds like a great combo but clusters of torched rosemary turned this pizza bitter. The figs could be cut smaller so you’re getting more than one giant hunk per slice. The prosciutto is a strong portion but it’s just piled up so high that the top pieces crisp while the bottom stays raw and soggy. The crust and sauce are actually really good but you just can’t overlook “rustic” for sloppy. And can we talk about the Arugula & Parmesan salad? Maybe a half pound of cheese atop a mountain of arugula - not sure what place this has on any menu.
