- YRY RApr 28, 20261.0Ordered and paid for two drinks for curbside pickup. While waiting in the parking lot, I noticed customers who arrived after us were already receiving their orders. A few minutes past the scheduled time we were supposed to get our drinks by, I decided to just go inside since we had an appointment to get to. I headed to the register and was greeted, but had to wait another couple of minutes for service, which is fine as I was assuming with how much time had gone by already, I was only grabbing our drinks. Come to find out our drinks weren't even made yet. One drink was just getting prepared and the girls then inform me that they couldn't make the second smoothie because they did not have the ingredient. So, during all that time, while serving other customers, no one thought to call the number on the order or step outside to inform me or ask if I wanted a substitution or cancel the second drink? My jeep was literally by the entrance. I understand it can get busy, but orders that are already placed and paid for should be handled in a timely way and prioritized if placed before another customer in line. And at the very least, communicate with customers if there's a delay or if you can't honor a drink that has already been purchased instead of just forcing the customer to figure it out on their own.
