  I stayed at this Subway location for over two hours while waiting for a friend. During that time, a staff member told me I couldn’t continue staying there and even mentioned calling the police if I didn’t leave. What made the situation worse was that the staff member raised their voice and shouted at me, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I understand there may be store policies about seating, but the way it was handled felt aggressive. I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer, and it made me feel singled out. Just sharing my experience so others are aware.

  The person that served me at this Subway's location made me never want to even return to that Subway ever again!! I ordered a wrap 🌯 which I was informed was the cheapest item on the menu (I wasn't concerned with the $) I told the gentleman that was serving me that I would like guacamole on my wrap, he told me I could not have guacamole on my wrap, I replied okay then I'll just have onions.. he then proceeded to tell me that I cannot have onions either!! I have NEVER in my entire life been told I could not purchase additional things to go on what I'm eating!! This man was so busy telling me what I could not have on my 🌯 that he completely failed to even add the pepperoni that my order came with! And he appeared to be training a new employee! I was left feeling frustrated by his incompetence and will never return to that location. 💯

  I had an amazing experience picking up an online order. I had come in earlier then the app told me and my food was already about to be done. The staff still apologized for not the food not being ready, even though they were busy. With the sub I usually get I put semi complicated instructions and they nailed it.
