Loud rap music always playing . And ppl sit outside drugging it right out front . Don’t being ur kids to this location or leave doors unlocked!

I placed a mobile order more than 10 minutes before arriving, yet I ended up waiting another 20 MINUTES in the drive thru line just to receive it. This was around 7:00 PM on a Tuesday, and the store WAS NOT busy at all. A mobile order should be ready by the time the customer arrives, especially during a slow period. Please, PLEASE improve the workflow and provide ADDITIONAL training so orders can be prepared more efficiently.
