    Wasted my lunch break trying to pick up an online order here when the place closed early. I don't know why the app let me place an order even though the store was closed.

    I am truly shocked by this customer service. I understand the high demand of any fast food establishment, but the women serving on Sheffield Rd today was short, impatient, and snapped when the order contained more than one sandwich (two sandiwiches and two hashbrowns). She stated the drive thru isn’t for large orders. I understand being alone and stressed, but there were zero customers and no line. I hope that something can change. Unfortunately I will not return to this location…
