  ordered a plain bagel toasted with veggie cc, glazed donut, and strawberry rockstar energy punch. the same thing i get everyday! i got an un toasted plain bagel with regular cc, a glazed donut that was somehow soaking wet on the outside, and hard and almost frozen like on the inside. and to top it off i was given a blue raspberry energy punch i said it was supposed to be strawberry and the girl goes i don’t think so LIKE WHAT ?!?!? then proceeded to add strawberry syrup over the blue raspberry i said that she didn’t remake it and then she got mad dumped it out and used the same cup AGAIN and made it strawberry I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

  Went here 2 days ago, at 7:30 pm and ordered a egg and cheese on a croissant. They told me they are cleaning the ovens and are no longer making food at this time. I thought no big deal, makes sense because they close at 8pm. So today I get there at 6:48 PM and order the same thing and get the same response. There not doing food orders anymore. How early do I have to get there to order food at a dunkin. When I worked at dunkin the rule was always 30 min before closing we stopped serving food. That makes sense.

  It’s a good small brand new Dunkin, very standard. The associates were kind and polite, but it felt like they were struggling to handle the volume of orders from the drive thru, app and in store. Apart from that, no complaints. Place is clean and clean and food tastes like every Dunkin

  Slow and no one comes to the drive thru window for several minutes after they tell you to pull up. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they make you wait 10 minutes for a coffee? They just walk by the window like you aren’t there! This has happened several times and I am done with this store.

  The service was very slow, it took almost 15min just to get my hash browns. I ended up leaving because it took so long.
