Slow and disorganized. Some familiar faces from across the street, but service has gone WAY down, regardless of all of the new faces. And the new layout? Was this drawn on a napkin at last call? You have to be a professional indy driver to navigate the drive-thru ... then, as it happens 4/5 times i am there ... the second pickup window holds you hostage, until the staff decides they want to speed it up. Horrific!

Mobile ordered while at Bob’s nextdoor then drove over and was in the drive through, maybe 3-4 cars ahead of me. the SLOWEST service ever. I got to the window at 11am, didn’t actually talk to anyone for 3 minutes for them to say “sorry for the wait” and then disappear for another 3-4 minutes and finally take my order and have me pull up. People in front of me spend 10 minutes each at drive through window, finally my turn at the window I sat there for I kid you not 10+ minutes, i see my order sitting there (mind you i’ve paid on the app all i need to do is grab the food and go) and staff is looking every direction but the drive through window. They come to the window and have no idea who I am or my order. didn’t realize a pre-paid mobile order was so hard for a staff of 4 or more from what I saw was so difficult. and they didn’t even get the order right.

We mobile ordered two coffees in the app, get there and they are out of large cups, cold foam and the flavor swirl for one of the coffees. Then tried to give just a medium when we paid for a large. Took forever to even just get a coffee, let alone the ones that were ordered.
Nice people, good atmosphere, got a horrid stomach ache from their oreo coolatta. Missed school the next day, milk had an aftertaste of corn that was likely spoiled. Didn't have issues previously, but if bad food ever goes to the customer it ruins the reputation.

This place has great potential, but unfortunately it seems to be struggling with staffing and organization. When I visited last week, they were out of espresso and most flavor options, which was disappointing right from the start.
On top of that, my orders are most often incorrect than correct. I asked for a large iced mocha latte with light ice, but received a large iced coffee instead.
The drive-thru system could also use improvement. They have a two-window setup, but it’s not being used effectively. I was asked to pay and received my order at the first window, but then ended up stuck waiting because the car ahead of me was still at the second window waiting for their order. Even though I already had my drink, I couldn’t leave until the line moved.
Overall, there’s definitely potential here, but better staffing, inventory management, and a more efficient drive-thru process would make a big difference.
