We have ordered from this location about 4 times, and every single time my order has been horribly incorrect. And we are ordering from the mobile app, so there is 0 possibility its miscommunication over the phone or anything.
They dont seem to pay attention, and they dont seem to care. Judging by the other negative reviews on here, it seems like horrible management.
Additionally, the previous time we ordered from this location, our deliver driver arrived at our place, parked across the street, and just sat there for 20 minutes. We had to call the store, and about 5 minutes later, the driver walked up, still on the phone with their manager, and delivered our cold food. I can only assume he was high and passed out or something. Oh, and yes, the order was also incorrect that time, too.
That should have been the last straw, but we gave them another chance tonight and... tonight was definitely the last straw. We ordered two completely different pizzas, received two of the same pineapple pizza. One of us hates pineapple. Dinner was ruined. We were apathetically offered a remake OR a credit over the phone. I selected a remake, as I already decided I don't plan on ordering from here again, and thus would never use the credit. That may have been a mistake, as I was told the replacement would show up "in about 20 minutes." it wasnt. It was 50. so now my food is here over an hour and a half after my initial order. I do feel bad for the delivery driver THIS time though, he was nice and funny and chill and none of it was his fault.
I seriously urge you to disregard the positive reviews - I am sure some people get lucky and were satisfied, but considering their 100% miss-rate in my experiences, I doubt its worth the gamble. Honestly, I think corporate probably needs to have this location shut down - I cant imagine they are fulfilling their franchisee quality expectations.
I certainly will not be ordering again.
