  We had problems with are cards and the manager liz was very nice helped us out not issues made sure we had everything we needed food was amazing the ultimate mac and cheese is so good

  Very disappointed with Dave & Buster’s decision to remove Music Bingo. It was a fun, interactive event that brought energy into the venue and gave guests another reason to come in and enjoy themselves. From what I understand, the company providing the service was not properly compensated for their work, which is extremely disappointing. Supporting entertainment partners and vendors who help create a better guest experience should be a priority. Hopefully Dave & Buster’s reconsiders this decision and recognizes the value that events like Music Bingo brought.

  Brendan was a great server at the bar at Dave & Buster’s! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed. His positive attitude and excellent service made the experience even better. If you’re sitting at the bar, I definitely recommend asking for Brendan. Great job!

  As a regular customer, I’m extremely disappointed to learn that Music Bingo at Dave & Buster’s has been discontinued due to unpaid invoices owed to the company that hosted it. Monday night Music Bingo wasn’t just another promotion it brought my family together and created a fun atmosphere. The hosts did an excellent job creating an engaging experience and it’s frustrating to see a successful event end because the businesses involved could not resolve payment issues. If the reports about unpaid invoices are accurate it’s disappointing that a large company would allow a valued entertainment partner to go unpaid while loyal customers lose an event they looked forward to every week. I hope Dave & Buster’s addresses this situation makes things right with the entertainment company and considers bringing Music Bingo back.

  I went to D&B with 8 of my hockey buddies to watch game 5 of the Stanley cup. The 9 of us outnumbered all of the other customers there added up. When we arrived, they didnt have hockey on any screens. We asked if they could put it up there, they said yes. 15 minutes later, they still hadn't put the game on any screen. We went and found the person serving our party. She was sitting at a stool texting. We asked again to watch the game. They put the game up on a screen that was sort of behind half of our group. They had video screens plastered all over, but would play the Stanley Cup Finals game on only 2 screens because they have a corporate order to promote FIFA World Cup. The FIFA game was South Korea vs Czechia. No one in this giant sports bar cared about that game, but they refused to put Stanley Cup Finals on the screens we could watch without craining our necks. The manager actually told us this. She said they could put hockey on the other screens but would have to turn it off at 9 because of FIFA. Also note, they dont play the sound from the game. They have some crappy music blaring the entire time. We cashed your after the 1st period and went to Buffalo Wild Wkings who put hockey on 80% of the screens, turned on the volume and we had a blast. I am pretty sure Dave & Busters lost 9 customers due to their "promotion".
