  I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at Dave & Buster’s. Our waiter was very rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional throughout our visit. Our bill was over $400, and while reviewing it, I noticed what appeared to be an attempt to add or manipulate the bill in a way that would result in him receiving more money in tips. I caught the issue and brought it to his attention. He went to correct the bill, but instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he showed absolutely no remorse. While walking back to his coworkers to fix the bill, he was shaking his head and behaving in a very disrespectful manner. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a large bill and customers who expect honest and professional service. A waiter should never make a customer feel that they have to carefully watch the bill to make sure they are not being overcharged. Unfortunately, because of this experience and his behavior, we may think twice before eating at Dave & Buster’s again. I strongly recommend that management review what happened, investigate the bill carefully, and take appropriate action. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. I hope management takes this complaint seriously because customers deserve to feel respected and confident that their bills are being handled honestly

  We had a great time. Party of 9 and of that 3 adults enjoyed their food. Older kids ate and played games. (Ages 12-9) and the adults played a few games too. The food was fast and the kids ate their food too. Our server was Alex. He was personable, funny, and owned if he made a mistake or forgot something. He never forgot to ask if we would like to add bacon, and truly all around great attitude and great with the kids. Thank you Alex for adding to our evening out to celebrate a 12th birthday!

  When our pool liner split the morning of my son’s birthday party, we were in a scramble. Enter Dave and busters. The kitchen manager Craig answered the phone and immediately reassured me that everything was okay. They found room for our party of 15 and went above and beyond every step of the way. The hostess Mary was so welcoming and a joy to talk to. The server Austin was very responsive, not at all intimated by a horde of preteen boys, and the floor manager Kacie repeatedly checked in to make sure that everything was going well. It was a 20/10 experience and I would throw a party here again in a second. Plus, this mom got to play basketball AND watch the North Carolina game. Huge wins all around.

  Get to the bar ask for Brendon. Brendon is the man, green apple jolley ranger(veteran inspired) and creamsicle martini NEED to be on the menu. These are his created (off menu) drinks If you have questions go find out at the bar… Sarah and John are also very interactive and high quality bartenders. Highly recommended visiting Friday and Saturday nights 5pm - close. These guys are no joke, tvs everywhere, good times good games and great people.

  Games are really fun the issue comes down to the service at the restaurant. Stood at the host stand for about 10 minutes before being greeted. We were sat in Skylar’s section ( saw the section chart waiting for the host ). She never even came over. About 10-15 minutes later we just left and probably won’t be back. Mind you it was not busy at all.
