- SLSherilyn St. LouisAug 24, 20262.0I was heading to my house with a group of people after another get together and so I decided to stop and grab some chips with queso and guacamole to have for people. The 3 bags of chips I ordered, were not cooked all the way. They were absolutely terrible. When you spend almost $20 on something and cannot the one thing that goes with 1/2 of your order, you’ve basically waisted all that money. In this economy that’s not acceptable. When you have a chain like Chipotle, you should be able to go to any restaurant chain and get the same quality from one location to another. However, that’s not the case. And it’s not acceptable. When ordering food you expect it to be cooked properly and completely. Cooking and frying chips is not that difficult. However it can be messed up completely when the chips aren’t cooked all the way. They will almost be stale and so hard you literally cannot eat them.

Service has always been a little hit or miss at this location but the food has always been at least decent and often quite good. I doubt I’ll ever step foot in a Chipotle again after last night. They should be embarrassed for the food they were serving. Yuck!

You’d think it takes more effort to get it wrong everytime, than to just make it right. If i could type cuss words into this review i absolutely would. Food is dead cold, always flies inside, very greedy with the portioning, overall chipotle isn’t the same. One time i got a bowl with just cheese and rice?? I’m sick of this.
