  Please clean the drink area, it was a total mess and gross. I should have took a picture, no forks or spoons, napkins just in piles, ice all over the place. Gross. Very hit or miss Chipotle, Almost every time i come there is something missing, we do not have rice, we do not have chicken, we dont have cheese, and they dont tell you till you get to that portion. Sometimes missing several of the key ingredients. I came in there today and the lady gave me half a spoon of rice in each bowl because there was none, last of the rice is always sub par. No one wants a half a spoon scraped off the bottom. I come here for the larger portions, and it is not like there stacking it with steak or anything, so most of the ingredients are cheap, no need to cheap out sometimes. EDIT: I have gone here at least a couple dozen times since my initial 2 star review. Rarely does this place have everything, there is always chicken or rice not available and long wait for it. Several times I have been charged for beef instead of chicken. My initial review. Several people in front of me, they all ordered similar chicken bowls, worker was loading them with 3 spoons of chicken or meat each time, laughing at the amount. So i was like cool, then i go up and order and i am solo by myself and they give me a half a spoon of each thing i asked for, my bowl was half full. almost no meat, barely anything but yet the people in front of me get at least 3x the portions. I have been to chipotle so many times over the years, so many locations and this was by far the smallest portion ever. I said something and they kept acting like they could not hear me. By far the worst Chipotle i have ever been to. Repeated over and over again. So many times either bad service or just small portions and most importantly lacking there main products, chicken, meats, rice, beans.

  My girlfriend and I used to come here all the time, but our last visit ruined it for us. We stopped in for just a drink each, and they snuck a mandatory gratuity charge onto our bill. There were only two of us, so an automatic fee makes no sense. If I hadn't checked the receipt, we would have easily double-tipped. When we noticed it, the staff was ok . But Sneaking charges onto a small tab . It makes you never want to go back. After being loyal regulars, we are officially done with this place. Check your bills!

  Alll I wanted was my normal chipotle bowl after my 12 hour shift but they waited until I waited in line for 30 minutes to tell me they are out of chicken… but they have it for online orders……. This is after going to the Bedford chipotle and they literally didn’t have bowls. I’m literally never everting chipotle again.

  This was easily the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had and makes me question whether I’ll come back. I stopped in on Friday, 6/5, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, there was only one person ahead of me. When I got to the counter, I was told they were out of both chicken and steak. However, the employee said I could still get chicken if I placed an online order. So despite already being in the restaurant, I had to order through the app and wait 10 minutes for pickup. When I opened the bowl, it wasn’t even half full. The amount of chicken was tiny, and most of it was fat. The chips I purchased were also stale. The entire experience felt like a rip-off. I was forced to order online, only to receive a significantly smaller portion than expected. With hardly anyone in the restaurant, there was no excuse for the poor quality or portion size. A disappointing experience and a waste of money.
