  Staff only speak Spanish and were rude. I didn’t receive pickles on my sandwich after requesting them. Both ultimate fries didn’t have ranch on them. When I confronted the employees they were rude and argued with me about my order even after showing receipt. My boyfriend asked for a to go box and staff was annoyed to give him a to go box for our leftover. When my boyfriend asked to speak with the manager or owner he was rudely told to call the number online for the store and it’s only in Spanish. Never received such poor service from Charlie’s before! Don’t recommend anyone to go that only speaks English because they don’t understand English at all

  Sun was not how I ordered it there was barely any meat in it and who puts lettuce on a steak and cheese . Very very disappointing
