  The chicken wings over cooked, potatoes wiggers were cold as ice. Were one hour and a half late and blamed the driver why the food was horrible. Never sent half of the refund was told it would take five days which was bologna! Never again would I order food from them!!

  One time only visit. They were short staffed and waiters was under pressure. I asked if they have milkshakes for kids and was rudely told that maybe we should go to Dairy Queen. The food was very mediocre. Maybe its a good place if you want to just have beer. I dont know, but as a family we did not enjoy this place and cannot recommend families to go here.

  Food was alright. Nice selection of sauces...it's a lot to review though with the sauces--any option to sample? Unfortunately, sports bar or not, it was incredibly loud and almost obnoxious. It seemed quite cold too. We ordered wings and sandwiches and it felt like the server was a bit distracted with the house around him. No real 2-min check back. Had to ask for napkins and silverware after food arrived (never had them for apps at all). Overall the meal was okay. I wish it was a little more pleasant for conversation, but I guess that's not the type of place we're at.

  Just had an awesome experience at the bar with Preston. 10 out of 10 customer service. The best I've had in a long time. Will be back specifically because of him.

  Bad experience. Came here on a slow Wednesday night, 20 mins or so just to get drinks. Kind of ridiculous for just drinks. Another 30 mins to receive our appetizers. The waitress collected trash and dirty plates from the table next to us and put our appetizer on top of the dirty plates then proceeded to serve us the appetizer. That’s kind of gross and not a good look. Finally our entre was served an hour after being seated. My fiancé ordered bone-in wings but was served boneless. We told the wait staff and the lady said she would let our waiter know. We sat for another 10 minutes waiting for an explanation or someone to tell us the order will be corrected, then we just left. We didn’t want to wait another 45 mins for the correct order to come out. We felt neglected the whole time. They don’t care about their customers at all. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had here. Hospitality is clearly lacking at this establishment and change is needed.
