- MWMaddie WrightSep 27, 20261.0My boyfriend put in a mobile order at this location. Two meal deals. Coffees were fine. Sandwiches came with burnt bacon that was the incorrect bacon. The cheese wasn’t even on the sandwich. They forgot the sauce on my boyfriend’s sandwich and a second order of hash browns. We went back with the food and explained the issues. This young blonde girl gave instant attitude. I mentioned we were missing an order of hash browns, which she mistook for one singular hash brown. She made a face and said, “One hash brown?” I clarified but that alone set the tone. The gentleman who was running the counter told her to remake it completely and apologized on her behalf. He was very kind. She remade it. It came out cold like it was just taken from the fridge. Everything was at least right and nothing was missing. Very unhappy with the service and quality of the food. I’d suggest picking a different location for your own sake

- JCJ CyrusAug 21, 20261.0Usually i never have a problem at this location. but i had very rude & unprofessional service by a man at the drive thru window. i believe he wore glasses. well, i had placed my order at the speaker & as usual, i ordered an iced latte with oatmilk. i 100% always make sure to order oatmilk, as i am lactose intolerant. when i got to the window, he hands me an iced latte & i could tell by just the color that it was made incorrectly. so i asked him if it was made with oatmilk? & he replied with a very rude & immediate attitude “no, why would it be made with oatmilk?” & i said “because i ordered oatmilk.” this man slammed the counter & said “you did not order oatmilk at all, like at all.” & i proceeded to just ask for it to be remade with oatmilk. so he comes back with the remade latte & basically throws it at me & rudely closes the window. mind you, i tipped this man while paying, before this happened. mind you, it is written on the cup, “love your order or we’ll remake it.” i believe this doesnt mean remake it with a terrible attitude, slam the counter in frustration & blame the customer for the misunderstanding. horrible service! extremely unprofessional. & i will say, the other times ive went through the drive thru, hes always in a bad mood but ive never had an exchange in words like this situation. the manager of this store should be mindful of who is running the window. ruining someones day shouldnt be part of your service.
