I went to Shaws pharmacy this morning for my previously scheduled flu shot appt. I have had shots here before so I know they do not take long. When I arrived a few minutes early for my 9:30, appt, the pharmacist informed me he was the only person on duty so it would be a few minutes and I could sit in the waiting area. About 5 minutes later another employee was behind the counter with him. Both of them were assisting customers who arrived after me and continued arriving. All the while I continued to wait. FINALLY after waiting for 20 minutes past my appt. I went to the counter, informed the clerk at the counter to let the pharmacist know to forget my shot as I had to go to work. Unfortunately that pharmacist has no idea that customers set appts because the customers time is important too. I will never use that pharmacy again. Sorry Tracy Aubut, I like your store, but the pharmacy needs someone who treats all customers with respect.

There is not a worst grocery store in the state of New Hampshire. Probably a tri-state region.. Every once in a while, I’ve been forced to shop there in the past 10 years and honestly today was definitely the last time. The only thing they do better than hiring food employees is ensuring that the checkout area is understaffed. Wanna pay 30% more for your food? Shaws. I have to explain to people how to do their job? Shaws. Want to be forced to use self checkout because even though there’s dozens of employees roving the store at any given time, there’s only two registered open? Shaws.
But my absolute personal favorite is while I was being their most underpaid employee today machine I was on was malfunctioning. It wouldn’t record when I put things in the bag. So the surly, soured face woman who is working the self checkout area came over to stand in front of me and review a video of me checking out. Over and over and over. Every single time this happened Never an apology. Never a suggestion to move to a different machine. Just her ugly attitude and complete inability to offer even a smidge of customer service.
And yet somehow, she’s even better than the original woman that was in that position for years.
Go anywhere else to buy your food. With the prices they’re charging they should at least be either friendly or know how to do their jobs.

Only game in town, too many self check outs and not enough cashiers. They have given too many premium parking spaces to on line ordering and other designated spots it's hard to find parking. I also find the online sales shoppers doing in store selection use oversized carts and feel they have priority in the isles while shopping they are pushy and unapologetic. I wish there were a Market Basket closer. Also too expensive!

I normally detest shopping at Shaws, but this one in Littleton is pretty good. I was drawn in by using the app the order and pick up in store. I didn’t utilize the substitution options because I had limited cell service during the shop and that meant I got no mustard or milk. But the takeaway food was awesome. We got fried chicken thighs for $1.50 each, as well as $10 sub on Italian loaf that feeds at least 3 people. I tried a lobster role and it was absolutely great, I found whole claws in it. The seasonal clearance was full of great finds at deep discounts. I found a beach umbrella for $3.49! The staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I went back again for more $9 giant subs and grapes. It also has plenty of parking, the carts are well managed and the view is amazing!

The store has been recently updated. I enjoy shopping here because they have a nice variety of fresh vegetables and meats. The store is clean and has wide isles.
