- LOLogan Osmer4 days ago3.0The overall experience of Shaws in Littleton was perfectly fine! Things were clean and organized, no major flaws. However I will say that my negative experience happened at checkout. The past 2 times I have been at this location, Kara, who was manning the self checkout was not pleasant to say the least. Today 11/3/26, was no different. I observed her attempting to assist an elderly customer, and multiple times had to cut him off in order to answer a phone call that seemed far more important. To top it off, she was seemingly annoyed with the elderly customer, and was annoyed when i and another customer had requested help with the self checkout stations, using phrases such as “What do you need” instead of “how can I help?” I can understand having a bad day, or being stressed from a high work load, but I feel that Kara exudes annoyance more than an average Customer Service Representative/Cashier and it makes asking for help unpleasant.
