- A9A.G.D. 93Jun 1, 20261.0Absolutely the worst Dunkin’s location I have ever visited. Let’s start with the restroom that was completely filthy with a clogged toilet overflowing with feces. Staff couldn’t care less. The entire store was filthy, from floor to ceiling this place needed to be shutdown and deep cleaned. Coffee and food prep areas were absolutely disgusting with spilled liquids, and food on the machines, countertops and floors. Food was being prepared in unsanitary conditions. Uncooked eggs and sausage were stacked on a filthy cutting board before they were added to sandwiches. The two young men working didn’t even reply to any over our questions. We had used mobile ordering and couldn’t cancel our order so we took our order walked outside and promptly threw it all in the trash for fear of getting sick. Unbelievable that a business never mind a national chain could be operated in this fashion. Truly disgusting and shameful.

When it was delivered my drink wasn't in there. I called, a guy answered and told me he had made the drink and just forgot to add it to the bag. Okay. I ended up walking there myself and grabbing it. I doordash because I have medical conditions that affect walking/standing. Anyway. Today I ordered some food and a iced Matcha Latte. When it came, the drink was missing about a 4th of it. I mean, if people are paying for this, can you at least TRY to do it right.
