- JCJohnny C.Apr 24, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’, and unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I paid cash, and the employee did not have the correct change to give me back. Instead of making it right or rounding in the customer’s favor, she gave me less change than I was owed and said they didn’t have the right change. That is not acceptable. If a business cannot provide exact change, the customer should not be the one losing money. A few cents may not seem like much, but if this happens more than once, or repeatedly throughout the day, it adds up. I come in as a paying customer and expect to receive the correct change back. Management needs to make sure employees have proper change available or handle the situation fairly.

- DMDan MaloneFeb 20, 20261.0I stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts, for this reason specifically .Seriously, disgusted by all all these Dunkin’ Donuts all feel the need to put a dirty stern spoon in my hot coffee like I know you guys are doing it out of habit, but it’s pretty damn gross to stick a spoon. That’s been in every damn coffee that got stirred for the day you guys need to go back to shaking your coffees not just you one Duncan‘s location but all your locations. It’s pretty gross Even if you do switch out the water every hour it’s still nasty to take that spoon that was in someone else’s coffee and stirred another coffee with it. Just stop being lazy put a napkin over the top flip it upside down and shake it like you used to no need tostir a hot coffee. !!!!!

- TSTech ScottMay 9, 20214.0This is a very busy DD and it is horrible to access. On a Saturday morning it's an absolute asylum. Once you've braved the parking, or rather lack there of or a drive-up line which snakes back out onto the road after 4 cars or so, things will get better as the staff hustles and knocks the orders right out. Be prepared for anarchy and bring your second best car when braving this location on a Saturday morning.
