  If I could give a zero I would . When it says on your slip on how you want something made and they just add what they want is ridiculous. There is no shift lead or manager on duty so all staff just look at each other and ask what should they do .

  Just want to call out Ella, even on a busy Saturday morning she was smiling and pleasant. God bless you for providing me with the caffeine I desperately needed 😂🥰 Every interaction matters and all the ladies that were there this morning were great!

  Kind of a Dunkin Express I guess cause you order on screen instead of talking to a person. You can’t really see what donuts are available since they’re not on display. You order on the screen only to find out they don’t have part of what you ordered in your dozen. Then I had to get help just to order a Mocha on the screen. Got back on the road only to find out the donuts are old! Go somewhere else.

  Miracle Mile Dunkin' may have got off to a somewhat bumpy start, but that's normal for any new location. I feel like the staff have really pulled together and made this a Rockstar of a restaurant! Bravo.
