  Doesn’t even deserve the one star. I had my husband pick up an order I placed online that included a sandwich, drink, and chips. When he went in…. He was only given the sandwich. I called in to ask if it could be refunded. The first person I spoke to was nice, he was asking his supervisor how to do it. I could hear the supervisor complaining and getting angry…. Saying I needed to send my door dasher back…. We are literally 35 min away. I said no which made him more angry. He got on the phone and told me he wasn’t going to refund it. And we should have known that he needs to grab it. He said I was giving him an attitude and when I said I could hear him in the background, he said that it happens all the time. I told him maybe that means something needs to change on their end and he said he was going to disconnect the call on me. No refund. Crap service.

  I online ordered a sandwich. They had no bread then I asked for no onion. As I took my second bite I realized the whole bottom of the wrap was loaded with onion but they missed other toppings I asked for like pickles. Very disappointed. This is not the first time either. I thought I would give them another try but that was 100% my last time ever coming here again. Please do better for your customers.

  Ordered DoorDash and the absolute worst food I paid extra for bacon,none I have no onions,loaded ,opened my sandwich and it fell apart soggy absolutely disgusting
