Waited in the drive through line for 10 min, didnt move. Decided to just park and go in. Waited a good 5 min while the kid did the orders before me. Finally I placed my order. Making it clear I wanted TWO orders of hasbrowns and the egg n cheese wrap. Another almost 10 minutes go by, kid comes up and goes "hey what was it again? Told him again. Few min later after im now heavily annoyed, I get my order, and being dunks, I of course checked my bag immediately...1 order of hash browns and the wrap. Hash browns somehow more on the burnt side even though I watched him take them out on time so, whatever to that I guess. But ultimately, theres just no reason for a place like dunks to ever be that slow and still get my order wrong. Managers need to step it up and start firing people who simply cant complete super basic orders in timely manners or correctly. Food, 1 star. Service -3 stars. This is why people would rather go broke at places like heavenly donuts or Starbucks etc because typically that higher price comes with better quality everything.

(Im talking over years they have done this, years, not a one time thing )They all have terrible attitudes. My coffee almost never gets cream in it and its a very basic coffee. He gets home with it and ends up leaving, we dont stock cream in our house since we are "dunks" people but I particularly am a ANYOTHER dunks other than this, person. 0/10 Who wants to drink a coffee without cream, disgusting. Why do we pay almost $5 or $6 for a coffee that tastes like boiling feet. Hopefully a new owner or new business goes in there that is actually good because we would visit daily
