  I like shopping at this Hannaford. The produce is usually pretty good and the prices for things are pretty close to Market Basket near by. They also typically have some things that I can’t find at Market Basket. They do have massive glitch with their app. It says the store does pick-up orders that they’ll bring out to your car and will give you all the instructions for it, but it is not offered at this store. It was massively frustrating to pull up to the store and expect they’d be able to bring my order to my car, but this is really more of a corporate complaint than one for the Keene location. The woman who was working the pickup orders was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped me push the cart with my order in it to my car (I was carrying my 1 month old in his car seat and holding onto my 2 year old). If I had known beforehand more clearly that I would need to go into the store to get my order I would have planned a bit differently. All they had was a disclaimer at the very bottom of the email for my order that bringing groceries to the car was not offered here that I didn’t see till after I already got to the store. Again, this really is more of a corporate issue since the Keene location really has no control over what happens with the app.
