  I come to this dunkin pretty much every morning for my coffee. I always say goodmorning thank you have a good day when im able too. I always tip when I have cash, I am always patient and kind with all the workers and usually have a really great experience at this store. I also work in a kitchen so I understand being stressed but this morning one of the employees at this location was so disrespectful to me I had to say something. I get one of two coffees the same way every time and usually do not care if they taste a little off but this morning it tasted really bad which is no big deal so I respectfully asked if it could be remade and the lady making coffees straight up turned around said “yah you asked for extra espresso shot”, I responded “Yah I know I get the same thing regularly” she turns around to remake it then i sat down to wait and she started loudly talking bad about me to her coworker saying “she said the coffee was burnt but she asked for extra espresso” making me feel bad for very nicely asking it to be remade. She remade it then condescendingly goes “hope this ones better for you” so I told her that I could hear her talking about me and said I don’t appreciate being made to feel bad about respectfully asking for a remake. And instead of apologizing she denied it multiple times.It genuinely left me feeling so upset because I was never once rude to her and I was very kind and patient because I understand. and was met with the complete opposite. AND This was after I had worked 7AM-10PM the day prior and then had to go back to work at 8AM today. Everyone else in this store i have had great experiences with, especially the younger girl with the nose ring thats there pretty much every day in the morning.

  I came here to get a quick breakfast and it just went horribly wrong. I asked for 2 turkey sausage chipotle wraps and got bacon wraps instead , I asked for double patty on one my sandwich’s and that wasn’t on the sandwich either. I then went back because I don’t personally eat pork (the order was right on the bag btw just not the food in the BAG!) and I told the guy at the window what happened. He didn’t communicate it to the other person. I then mentioned again how my sandwich is missing a patty still when they handed me the wraps and then the person with a braid and glasses said I wish you would have told me sooner with an attitude. Just plain disappointing experience I will not be going to this dunkins ever again.

  I'm a fan of Dunkin overall, and the food here is fine, but more than once recently I have come to this place in the final half hour before closing and tried to order stuff only to be told they aren't still serving things because they're busy closing up. This infuriates me. If you are "open", that should mean you are committed to doing what it takes to be open. If you are going to be in a mode where people should not be driving to your place expecting food, then call yourself closed. ESPECIALLY for a drive-through. It bothers me when restaurants rush people out, too, but this is literally a thing whose job it is to just serve things at a window that it takes a couple minutes to make. So make up your mind about whether you want my business or not and advertise yourself accordingly. Keep in mind that if you are closing, maybe others are, too, so if I go to you and you say no, there may not be time to go somewhere else. That's another annoying consequence you are not taking responsibility for. I have come to just think of this particular Dunkin as not trustworthy, and I recommend others take note, which is why I have given this one a particularly low rating.

  As I sit in my car and wait for my husband to bring me my coffee I people watch. They're all going to one place- Dunkin donuts. My husband brings me my coffee and a donut it automatically becomes an aha moment taking that first sip. The world goes on but that first sip I'm somewhere else. The best coffee around. Thank you Dunkin.
