- CSCarolyn SapochettiAug 7, 20263.0I called about an issue had with online ordering spoke with Doug. He was short, quick to dismiss, interrupted as I tried to explain and had a real bad attitude as if to downplay the issue. He was very unpleasant, he even informed me he had 11 other orders and he was busy, that was when I realized the discussion was over and that the other customers were more important and more deserving of his time than me. I usually don’t complain and take it on the chin, but he should not be answering the phone and having customer interaction as he did.

They were obviously in a rush to get of the register line so much so that I had barely pulled my card out of the machine and collected the receipt before they both left. Jack did mumble out a "have a good day" before they both expediently left me behind in the register line. My juices had the tops dented in and several of my items like breads were crushed without any regard for how they were loading the basket. I go to shaws because I like the less crowded stores and I find the quality of the store brand items a cut above the rest. However, today was an extremely poor representation. Do better Sam and Jack.
