  Ummm Do not ever use either of the bathrooms especially the unisex bathroom….. I guess people treat that whole bathroom as there home one which is apparently filthy Also not very friendly workers or environment

  I walked in the store by the bakery a lady in front of me asked someone in bakery can you help me? The associate response was I only work in bakery then walks away. The lady turned around looked at me I responded what did you need help with? She let me follow her to a aisle of breads pointed up the top shelf and says can you help me reach that? I said yes being tall enough grabbed the bread she wanted she said thank you with a smile I said your welcome. I hardly see any associates to ask for help I'm guessing on breaks or just hanging out back to avoid customer's or interactions. Even in produce I saw the produce manger being very rude throwing hands around mumbling under his breath being very irritated he has to work and kicking the doors to what looks like the backrooms. It looks like he has anger issues that management allows. I understand your short staff that shouldn't give the rights for management to allow such behaviors. Prices are to high costumer's only go after sales.

  I absolutely love Deborah and Christopher in Produce! These two employees always go over and beyond! If I need something that I don’t see on the floor, they always go out back and bring a fresh box of whatever I’m looking for out for me. I shop really early on a Sunday morning and a lot of the times they just setting up, but it doesn’t stop either one of them, from stopping what they’re doing to accommodate me. They are also both incredibly kind and professional. I am so grateful for everyone in this store. And no, most of the employees by first name. Love it here and But Chris and Deborah Make it extra special. Thank you to Debbie and Melissa in the bakery!!!! The both of You, always go over and beyond! Very grateful for you both keeping the bakery awesome. Thank you Jen at the deli and fried chicken. Everything is always perfect when you’re there!! Heather is also always on the floor, Always professional, always kind and always working whether she is assisting a customer or bagging! Thank you all for the amazing job. You all do to keep that store as special as it is.

  I love Shaws. It has been my go to place for 20 years. However, it seems like there are a lot of problems with Keeping the shelves stocked. I went two days in a row to get a specific item and it was not on the shelves. And then I turned over my receipt and they have it advertised.

  Going to this store over Market Basket cost you an extra $40-$60 a week for the same products. Except when I go to this store weather it is morning or night I have to bag my own order because no one every shows up for their shifts. At MB I get 2 baggers per register. On top of the fact that you guys struggled to wear your PPE when preparing food and cutting deli meat. so why am I paying an extra $40-$60 a week at your place? What does that get me? I’d love to know. It criminal
