This dunkin absolutely sucks, been here 3 times now and every time something is wrong, today was girls inside were lol and playing around while I trying to order had to repeat the order over and over, took over ten minutes starting after I paid for my food to come to the second window, and when the girl finally came over to give someone else their order she giggle to her other co coworker o this guy's still waiting for his food. Will never come to this place again, sad too its just opened recently.

Why is my croissant sandwich burnt question mark? Food is expensive enough. Cudtomers pay your wages. Piss of customers with poor quality food snd service, you will likely lose business. I am sure the server looked at it and knew it was burnt and just said" the hell with it, i dont own this place or give a two craps about customer satisfaction". I was the only car in line. No excuse.

This Dunkin’ has been an amazing addition to Hooksett! I used to visit the other location down the road, but the service there was often slow and inconsistent. This location, however, is exceptional. The staff are consistently kind, the service is quick, and the quality is always excellent. Thank you!
