- CCCathy ChouJul 3, 20261.0I was 3rd in line when a rush of people lined up behind me. Nearly every 10+ people behind me received their order before me. 10 minutes in, when I asked if they could check where my frozen coffee was, the person making the drinks said because there were a bunch of the same drink I ordered, he was going to make them all at the same time. That’s completely fine, so I waited and eventually got my drink first. The problem is when I asked where my sandwich was, the lady making the hot food said it was very busy and she has to make them one at a time orderly. I told her many people behind me had already received their hot food and if she could check, and she just responded with “I only have two hands.” I understand that, but perhaps you lost my order? So I waited up to 30 minutes (frozen coffee is just ice coffee now) with many people receiving their orders first. I went back to ask, and they had to ask what I ordered and basically retake my order again. It was very busy, so I can understand and move on, but the workers didn’t even offer a single apology or admit they lost my order. Instead, they just gave me attitude and tossed the sandwich on the pickup counter without saying anything. Overall, extremely bad customer service.

The other person working there started making nasty comments, degrading my children and telling me to go to a different dunkin if it was such a problem. They are too lazy to make a frozen drink almost 40 minutes before they closed. Do better Dunkin terrible costumer service.

SHE TOLD ME IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO MAKE THE DRINK I WANTED. SHE ASKED IF THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE I WOULD LIKE AND THAT IS WHAT I WANTED. THE RUDE GUY JUST STANDING THERE DOING NOTHING TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN IF I WANTED THE DRINK. DO BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUNKIN!
